What System Do I Have?


DSC Time & Date Programming


  • Press the (#) key on the lower right-hand side of your keyboard. This will stop the beeping. The trouble light will remain lit until the problem is cleared.
  • To analyze the trouble, press (*) then (2).
  • The number that appears on your screen refers to a chart in your manual.


Call (610) 594-2733 for service if needed.


  • Call the Central Station at (800) 633-2677 and ask to be placed on ‘test'.
  • Arm your system.
  • Trip a door or window, and let your system ring for 30 seconds.
  • Wait 1–2 minutes and call the Central Station back (800) 633-2677 to confirm the receipt of the signal.
