My Trouble Light is on, and My Keypad is Beeping! What Do I Do?

Press the (#) key on the lower right-hand side of your keyboard. This will stop the beeping. The trouble light will remain lit until the problem is cleared.
To analyze the trouble, press (*) then (2).
The number that appears on your screen refers to a chart in your manual.

How Do I Test My System?

Call the Central Station at (800) 633-2677 and ask to be placed on ‘test'.
Arm your system.
Trip a door or window, and let your system ring for 30 seconds.
Wait 1–2 minutes and call the Central Station back (800) 633-2677 to confirm the receipt of the signal.
